Manager - Inside Sales - Insurance (2-5 yrs)
We are looking for somebody who has 2+ years of experience in the Life Insurance Industry only.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Fix customer appointments and visit potential customers for new business.
1- Make the customer understand the various benefits available in the plan & check whether it meets the customer's requirements.
2- Self-sourcing of customer leads from own natural market to sell Life Insurance products.
3- Customer Leads when provided are to be called and fix appointments for sales visits and convert the lead to sales.
4- Cross-sell/Upsell products.
5- Assuring that the business targets are met as per the goal sheet given
Desired Candidate Profile :
- Qualification : Graduation/Bachelor's degree in any stream.
- Experience : 2 to 4 + Years of Experience in Insurance and Banca.
- Age : 22 to 38 years.
- Local candidates hire first.
- Have good negotiation skills.
- Leadership qualities
- Team Leading.
