Manager - Inside Sales - Insurance (1-2 yrs)

- Good at speaking in Hindi and English

- Minimum 1 years of experience of Telesales, Customer facing in Bank or upselling in BFSI Industry (Preferable in Insurance)
Role and Responsibilities:
- Outcall and attain calls so that will help meet the needs of customers
- Selling Insurance policies over the phone to the customers
- Maintain long term relationships with clients and customers
- Cross sale banking products
- Notify the sales team of new sales and cross-selling opportunities
- Become familiar with the competition to stay ahead of them
- Encourage high-sales and good customer service practices
- Create strategies and work with clients to boost their brand
Salary: 2.20 Lac - 4 Lac + PF + Medical Facilities + Attractive Incentives
