Manager - Inside Sales - FMCD (3-10 yrs)
- Qualify and convert key user leads into paying customers by giving pertinent information about the company's services and handholding them in to a purchase.
- Identify potential prospects for new customers by calling and following up with leads administered.
- Close new business deals by coordinating requirements, developing & negotiating commercials.
- Monitor customer and market activity and provide feedback to marketing and other teams.
- Influence future lifetime value through higher customer satisfaction.
- Manage Customer Success Activities and formulate strategies to improve customer fulfillment.
- Provide services to clients in order to satisfy them completely; conduct yourself on principles of honesty, simplicity, trust and high level of ethics
- Ensure timely closures.
