We are looking for a committed and driven individual to join our sales team.
The Role :
- Unique opportunity to work in a very fast growing sector
- Own lead generation and execute effective outbound campaigns to senior business leaders in India
- Effective contact database management - contact qualification, classification, communication and updates
- Own lead nurturing, and marketing automation with the help of marketing team
- Engage with CXOs, Head HRs, L&D Heads, understand their requirements and showcase how enParadigm's programs can fulfil their learning needs
- Follow-up with customers via mail and via telephone to qualify inbound enquiries
Candidate Profile
- MT/GT with 2+ years of work experience in B2B professional services sales
- Excellent English speaking and writing skills
- Understands the work life and needs of senior and top management - CXOs, VPs, Head HRs
- Hands on experience in using Lead management and CRM tools
- Start-up acumen - Get the hands dirty and get the work done without excuses
