As a Manager - Inside Sales, you will lead the team of sales folks (inside sales) to convert leads (Primarily domestic across India)
What you will do:
- Researching for new clients and accounts, identifying key players and generating interest
- Understanding customer needs and requirements
- Sourcing new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and email
- Routing qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure
- Being instrumental in the closure of the qualified opportunities
- Managing, Leading and training inside sales team which is responsible for lead generation, prospecting, database development, appointment setting and co-ordination.
- Focusing on recruiting and retaining the talent
- Maintaining and expanding the database of prospects
Candidate Profile:
What you need to have:
- At least 3 years experience in revenue based sales role.
- Any Graduate
- Number Driven approach (if he has been given a Sales Target, he should be able to think around ways of achieving it)
- Should be able to manage a team of 7-15 sales folks
- Good with Analytics and numbers, excellent Sales Strategies
- Well spoken, Enthusiastic and hands-on
