Inside Sales Manager
As our Inside Sales Manager your main responsibility will include but are not limited to the following:
- Handling a team of 10-15 sales executives
- Setting up daily targets for the Inside Sales team.
- Scheduling and organizing daily rosters.
- Making performance reports of team members on a daily basis.
- Proper supervision of team members to maintain decorum.
- Motivating sales executive to work in an efficient manner to over achieve business goals
- Helping the sales executives on closing the deal wherever needed.
- Training of sales executives to ensure better customer satisfaction and better call quality.
- Evaluating the performance of all sales executives on a daily basis and giving feedback.
- Monitor all calls to ensure that due procedures and quality standards are strictly adhered to.
- Understand all organization's products, services, procedures, and guidelines and communicate the same to all team members
- Own the business: Co-own the P&L
- Achieve growth and hit sales targets by resourcefully managing the sales team.
- Deliver the core organizational KPIs
- Coordinating with internal teams including pre-sales, Ops, customer service, and commercial team for completing the sales cycle successfully
- Act as a bridge between the sales and marketing teams to improve quality in the sales funnel
- Hiring and training new talent to nurture & enable them to exceed organizational goals
- Present sales, revenue, and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team
- Work closely with Leadership on planning and executing the valuable market insights
- Strategizing our growth plans on the basis of market requirements.
