Manager - Inside Sales - Education (5-8 yrs)
Major Duties and Responsibilities:
- Achieve allocated admission targets.
- Counseling Students and parents about our courses and competition exams landscape.
- Champion the entire student cycle: Prospecting, counseling, Admission, Orientation, Support.
- Interaction with students and parents on routine basis
- Clarifying doubts of students and parents.
- Managing fee structure & fee software for different programs.
- Monitor class schedules to ensure smooth running of classes.
- Handling assigned administrative responsibilities.
- Answer questions about products or the company
- Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales
- Handling & Providing solution customer queries.
- Guide the students/parents to the courses
- Help the students in choosing the courses of their interest
- Work on the monthly/ quarterly targets assigned for the team
Key Skills / Abilities/Knowledge required :
- Good computer knowledge Excel, Word.
- Good Voice over and ability to convince the students/parents
- Must have good Communication and Presentation
Educational qualification and Experience:
- Candidate should be a Graduate with a degree in any domain preferably with management.
- Candidates from the education industry are preferred.
Reporting Relationships :
- Manager/Executive-Digital Business will be reporting to Head/Team Lead-Digital Business.
Working Days: 6 days (Monday-Saturday)
Work Time- 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM
