Manager - Inside Sales - Education (2-6 yrs)
The Inside Sales Representative is responsible for generating leads, advancing the sales process, and achieving assisting in the achievement of opportunity based sales quotas.
Responsibilities :
- Screens potential business deals by analyzing market strategies, deal requirements, potential, and financials; evaluating options; resolving internal priorities.
- Locates or proposes potential business deals by contacting potential partners; discovering and exploring opportunities.
- Pipeline management and constant interaction with the CXOs.
- Arrange meetings for senior management with prospective clients.
- Closes new business deals by providing requirements; developing and negotiating contracts; integrating contract requirements with business operations.
- Ensure all existing business accounts are contacted and qualified with the aim of further developing client relationships and generating additional revenue streams.
- Protects organization's value by keeping information confidential.
Minimum Qualifications :
- Candidate should possess excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Should have the desire and ability to work in a fast-paced, goal-oriented high growth sales environment
- Highly motivated self-starter with competitive personality and Strong attention to detail
- Proficient with MS Office.
- Any Graduate with prior 1-4 years of experience in doing end-to-end sales.
