Duties/Responsibilities -
- Dial out-bound sales call.
- Contact the customers from the given data-base and promote the product
- Understand the customer requirement thoroughly and pitch thinkVidya.com product/service accordingly
- Meet the daily/weekly/monthly & quarterly targets
- Good Communication skills in English & Hindi
Skills & Experience Required -
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, start-up environment
- Should have Excellent Communication & Convincing skills
- Prior experience in tele-sales process, selling products directly to end-users
- Good at identifying and prioritizing tasks which results in achieving the targets
- Must be highly organized and self-motivated
- Prior experience in education industry is a big plus
