Manager - Inside Sales - Education (2-4 yrs)

Job Description:

We are looking for:

- An experienced telephonic and digital sales professional

- Excellent communicator, problem solver and support person to take and resolve all inbound calls for any kind of support or business enquiry

- Someone who is self motivated and has a growth mindset, to drive sales and business development through every interaction.

- As Inside Sales and Support Manager, you are expected to be a self starter who needs to:

- Take complete ownership of our inbound sales and support process

- Actively drives the inbound leads into conversion aligned with the sales objectives

- Answer all enquiries and tele support calls that come from users and customers

- Smartly use every conversation to pitch new products or get the users to give us reviews/feedback and share our -app/solutions

- Ensure every enquiry is driven with maximum value and satisfaction, and ensure every lead is closed with maximum sales output

Job Responsibilities:

- Your key responsibility will be to align with the sales and growth objectives of the organisation and then drive the inbound lead generation, telephonic support, relationship building and conversion.

- Major focus shall be to sell educational tablet, mobile app based learning subscriptions and online logins to schools, NGOs, and retail users.

- Below is a more specific requirement for this role.

-Monitor the incoming leads, understand the requirements and send them an appropriate first response

- Connect with the leads on phone / whatsapp, build a relationship, gather more detailed requirements and share details about the organisation and the best suited products

- Maintain a record of all leads and categorise then basis the stage of conversion

- Apart from our website, to also gather leads from other inbound platforms like IndiaMart

- Create proposals and quotations, and drive end to end sales process over phone/email.

- Follow up and engage with the leads, check with them for any questions or further information and provide them with the same

- Support all current customers, users and use the support conversations to drive more app downloads and more possible customers and get maximum sharing and business value from them. Every support call to be leveraged for business value.

- Execute all email, bulk message and tele calling campaigns for sales

- Innovate new ways of connecting with probable customers through digital/telephonic means.

- Close the leads and generate revenue as per monthly, quarterly and annual targets

Requirements:

- Proven inbound sales and support experience of at least 2-4 years

- A Sales person who has a deep understanding and interest in customer psychology, and can sense, complement and shape the buyer psychology for value sharing

- Demonstrated ability and work to gather requirements from the inbound leads, send them an appropriate response, engage with them, maintain their record, send them proposals and close the leads for actual business outcomes

- Excellent communication and storytelling skills in English - both written and oral

- Looking at sales as a research and always learning ways of solving problems.

- Should have skills to execute Email, Telephonic and Chat based sales & support most effectively

- Experience of managing lead generation via India Mart and GeM (Government e Marketplace) Candidate has to clearly share whether they know how to sell on GeM or not, and how will they learn/manage it asap if they are considered
