Inside Sales Manager 


Key Responsibilities:

- Performance inside sales (Remote selling model) for B2B IT products.

- Good communication skills. 


- Good command on English language.

- Good presentation skills (Having skill to provide online demo)

- Having knowledge of various inside sales tool to generate lead.

- Having co-ordination skill to do co-ordination with the team members for decision making.

- Schedule online and onsite demonstration with customer.

- Organizing sales visits, visiting customers and creating a connection with the prospect customer.

- Gain an understanding of customers diverse and specific business needs and applying product knowledge to meet them

- Carry out inside sales in order to create interest in products and services, generate new business leads and arrange meetings.

- Identify and develop new business through network and follow-up courtesy calls

- Prepare and deliver presentations and product demonstrations to customers.

- Skill for making connections with the corporate customer especially in the logistics industry.

- Network with existing customers in order to maintain links and promote additional products and upgrades

- Establishing new business, Ability to close the deal in a given time frame.

- Attending trade exhibitions, conferences and meetings.

- Ability to do the contract negotiation and packages with the customer.

- Aiming to achieve monthly or annual targets.

- Manage workload in order to organized and priorities daily and weekly goals

- Develop effective sales plans using sales methodology

- Provide technical advice to customers on all aspects of the installation and use of computer systems and networks, both before and after the sale
