Manager - Inside Sales - BFSI/Insurance (2-4 yrs)
We are seeking for experienced inside sales manager. Come join our team to goals, vision, mission!
Responsibilities :
1. Lead, mentor, and manage the inside sales team to achieve individual and team sales goals.
2. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
3. Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, providing regular reports to senior management.
4. Conduct regular training sessions to enhance the skills and knowledge of the sales team.
5. Collaborate with the marketing team to generate leads and develop lead generation strategies.
Candidate requirement :
1. Candidate should be local.
2. Candidate should have experience in sales and marketing in insurance/BSFI
3. Age : 21 -38 years
