Description :
- This position provides strategic and operational leadership to customer success executive teams to aggressively meet customer value propositions, retention, simple upsells and organizational objectives.
- Leads creation and execution of strategy to maximize current and future growth of products and solutions.
- Designs and develops strategies to increase market share and grow short- and long-term business through management of the segment.
- May also be responsible for leading other people managers, depending on job band.

Supervisory Experience
Education: Bachelor's Degree
Knowledge & Skill :
- Working and managerial knowledge of a department, sub- function or sub-business unit and of a technical discipline

- Some supervisory knowledge, skills & experience
- Requires extensive training and experience to resolve a wide range of issues.
- Experience in Sales, Customer Success, Customer Service / Support, and / or SaaS implementation
