Manager - Inside Sales - BFSI (2-6 yrs)
The Inside Sales Manager is responsible for driving sales through banking channels by managing bancassurance relationships, executing sales strategies, and achieving revenue targets.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive bancassurance business growth.
- Work closely with bank branches to promote and sell insurance products.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with bank branch managers and staff.
- Monitor performance and ensure targets are met.
Candidate Requirements:
Qualification: Graduate.
Age : Minimum 21 Years, Max 38 Years.
Experience : 1 to 2 years in BFSI.
Fix CTC Upto 3.30 + Incentive +other Benefits.
