Manager - Inside Sales - BFSI (2-4 yrs)
Roles and responsibilities :
- Focus on sales Team Management, Geographical coverage & manage the spread.
- Ensure the Team meets potential POSP agents in respective geographical assignments.
- Ensure the Team Services the Existing POS to drive sales growth.
- Handle Customer Inquiries with a speedy and satisfactory resolution and coordinate with Girnar. Insurance HO Team for the smooth execution of the sales and operations process.
- Ensure the team targets are met- New Channel Onboarding, Target achievement, Channel. Retention, Business Premium.
