Manager - Inside Sales - BFSI (1-4 yrs)
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Generate leads through cold calling, emailing, and other lead-generation activities.
- Manage inbound queries and cultivate strong client relationships.
- Ensure lead quality by identifying key decision-makers and understanding their needs.
- Facilitate seamless handover of qualified leads to sales teams for conversion.
- Maintain comprehensive account lists and contact databases to support lead generation efforts.
- Meet weekly/monthly targets set by the business.
- Demonstrated expertise in customer service and relationship building is highly valued.
- Relevant certifications in these technologies are considered advantageous.
- Make cold calls and emails to explore sales opportunities.
- Regularly study accounts and identify important players.
Candidates Requirements :
- Graduation is mandatory
- Minimum 1 year of experience in sales or marketing
- CTC : up to 3.50 LPA + incentives + Other Benefits
