We are looking for a Inside Sales Manager who can develop effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets. Lead, Train and manage a team.
Role & Reasonability
- Achieve sales targets within defined timelines.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key personnel at partner banks to effectively promote insurance products.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to identify opportunities for growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to launch new products and promotions.
Requirement
- Ability to maintain good relationships with channel partners.
- Excellent written, verbal communication and listening skills
- Age 23 to 38
- Graduate With total 1+ Yrs of Sales Experience of insurance or BFSI
CTC 2.75 to 3.5 LP + incentive + bonus
