The Inside Sales Manager leads and oversees the inside sales team to drive revenue growth by generating leads, qualifying prospects, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement sales strategies and ensure lead qualification processes are efficient.


- Continuous improvement.

- Monitor sales activities, analyze performance data, and report results.

- Collaborate with marketing and other departments to optimize lead generation and conversion.

Requirements:

- 1-2 years of inside sales experience, with at least 1 year in BFSI or in Life Insurance.

- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

- Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce).

- Ability to analyze data and adjust strategies for improvement.
