Manager - Inside Sales - BFSI (1-2 yrs)
The Inside Sales Manager leads and oversees the inside sales team to drive revenue growth by generating leads, qualifying prospects, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies and ensure lead qualification processes are efficient.
- Continuous improvement.
- Monitor sales activities, analyze performance data, and report results.

Requirements:
- 1-2 years of inside sales experience, with at least 1 year in BFSI or in Life Insurance.
