Manager - Inside Sales - BFSI (1-2 yrs)
Positions and Accountabilities :
- Offering new clients the bank's and outside companies' products.
- Travelling locally to meet new clients and carrying out marketing campaigns on a daily basis.
- Reaching out to current clients to request further deposits and expanding product cross-selling.
- Meet the organization's daily and monthly sales goals as specified.
- Visit branches in different regions to check that the defined and measurable parameters are being followed in the process.
- Customer Relationship Management : Complete customer relationship management, which includes answering questions about sales and outlining product options.
- Cross-selling consumers on products : Provides clients with knowledge to increase their comprehension of problems and capabilities. goes above and above their regular duties in order to favourably serve clients.
- Dealer Relationship Management : Keeping up connections with designated dealers.
Candidates Requirements :
- Graduation is mandatory
- Minimum 1 year of experience in sales or marketing
- CTC : up to 3.50 LPA + Incentives + Other Benefits
