Manager - Inside Sales - BFS (2-3 yrs)
- We are looking for an experienced Current Inside Sales Manager to join our team! the Inside Sales Manager will monitor sales metrics and manage the entire sales administration process. You should have strong leadership skills and ensure that inside sales employees comply with company policies.
Roles and Responsibilities of Inside Sales Manager :
- Coach, train, evaluate, and monitor sales representatives' performance
- Set and track sales targets and KPIs
- Coordinate sales projects to meet deadlines
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecasts
- Research and discover methods to increase customer engagement
- Build an open-communication culture inside your team
- Addressing and resolving customer complaints.
- Regularly evaluate the performance of the inside sales team.
Skills :
- Proven experience working as an Inside Sales Manager.
- Sound organizational skills.
- Effective communication skills.
Requirements :
- Graduate/Post Graduate
- Excellent leadership skills.
- Minimum 2- 3 Years of experience.
