Manager - Inside Sales - Bank (2-4 yrs)
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Inside Sales Manager to lead our dynamic sales team!
Responsibilities:-
1. Lead, manage, and mentor a team of inside sales representatives.
2. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
3. Partner with the marketing department to align sales and marketing strategies.
4. Analyze sales data to develop sales strategies and identify areas for improvement.
5. Prepare periodic sales reports showing sales volume, potential sales, and areas of proposed client base expansion.
6. Present sales, revenue, and expense reports and realistic forecasts to the management team.
Candidate requirements:-
1. Local candidate.
2. Experience :- field sales and marketing of insurance/BFSI
3.Age :-21-38 years
