Manager - Inside Sales - Bancassurance Channel - Insurance (2-5 yrs)
The role of the Bancassurance Manager is to build & develop the Bancassurance business through partnerships with assigned banking partners.

- Design sales plan and deliver sales targets
- Maintain business relationship with partner Bank
- Advertise customer-oriented culture, develop customer value offers to channel partner
- Develop business opportunities for new partner banks in future
- Achieve sales targets set for the assigned branch
- Handle all consumer queries, requests, and complaints to maximize customer satisfaction
Candidate Profile :
- Education : Graduate / Post Graduate in any stream
- Experience : Minimum 1 to 2 + Years in Sales of BFSI
- Result-orientation, proactive with good communication & presentation skills
- Building & Leveraging Relationships
- Team-playing ability
