Experience : 8 to 10 Years
Annual CTC : upto 18 LPA
Qualifications and Selection Criteria :
- Looking for candidates residing in Bengaluru only.
- 8-10 years experience hands-on experience with multiple sales prospecting techniques like cold calling, cold emailing and social outreach for products and services to B2B organization.
- 3+ yrs in Managerial and Team Handling Role
- Ability to communicate effectively and deliver engaging presentations in English.
Job Role :
- Responsible for delivering the qualitative and quantitative goals through a team of inside sales reps
- Recruit, train and optimize a team of inside sales responsible for inbound and outbound sales engagements.
- Refine the sales pitch and process to achieve optimum results
- Establish metrics and help the team improve by understanding their performance
- Manage inbound lead flow and track efficiency of sales and marketing programs
- Foster a high energy and a learning environment
- Ensure adoption of sales tools and efficacy of data/leads
Additional Information :
Your experience in the following will count :
- Previous experience in inside sales position.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software such as Salesforce.com.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Good organizational skills and the ability to multitask.
- Excellent phone and cold calling skills.
- Strong listening and sales skills.
- Ability to achieve targets for outbound leads
