Job Brief :
We are looking for a talented and competitive Inside Sales Manager who can thrives in a quick sales cycle environment
What does an Inside Sales Representative do?
An inside sales manager will play a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives. You must be comfortable making dozens of calls per day, working with channel partners, generating interest, qualifying prospects and closing sales
Main Responsibilities :
- Sourcing new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up, outbound cold calls and emails
- Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest
- Ensuring all leads are well qualified by identifying the correct decision makers and understanding their requirements.
- Routing qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure
- Maintaining and updating the lead generation database
- Achieving weekly/monthly targets as set out by the business
Key Requirements:
- Proven inside sales experience of 7-10 years
- Track record of over-achieving quota
- Strong phone presence and experience in dialling dozens of calls per day
- Proficient with corporate productivity and web presentation tools - A digital marketer with knowledge of MS Office is compulsory
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills - Strong listening and presentation skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritise, and manage time effectively
- You should be comfortable using marketing automation platforms and CRM (e.g. Salesforce)
- Experience in customer service and relationship building is highly desirable .
- You are proactive, willing to learn and a strong team player
- Should be a self motivated, result oriented and effective task master
- Industry knowledge will be and added advantage
- Should be well versed with English, Hindi and Marathi language
