Manager - Inside Sales (5-8 yrs)
Inside Sales Manager who is passionate about Handling Sales Teams for an MNC Company and love to work in a fast pace environment.
Responsibilities :
- Provides encouragement to team members, including communicating team goals and identifying areas for new training or skill checks
- Answer questions about products or the company.
- Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information
- Handling a team of Inside Sales Executives
- Develops strategies to promote team member adherence to company regulations and performance goals
- Conducts team meetings to update members on best practices and continuing expectations
- Develop a strategy the team will use to reach its goal
Skills Required :
- Proven 5-8 year experience as Lead Generation/ Inside Sales/telesales Team Leader
- Good knowledge of relevant computer programs and telephone systems
- Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- MBA/Masters qualification.
- Data-driven Experience
