Manager - Inside Sales (3-8 yrs)
- We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Inside Sales Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating and implementing lead generation strategies to drive business growth.
- The Inside Sales Manager will work closely with sales and marketing teams to identify and qualify potential leads, nurture relationships, and contribute to the overall success of the organization.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Design and execute comprehensive lead generation plans aligned with business objectives.
- Utilize various channels such as digital marketing, email campaigns, content marketing, social media, and events to generate leads.
- Collaborate with sales teams to establish lead scoring criteria and processes, and evaluate leads to ensure they meet the criteria for potential customers.
- Manage and maintain a lead database, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information using CRM systems or other tools. Track lead activities and manage lead pipelines.
- Work closely with sales teams to align lead generation efforts with overall business goals & provide sales teams with high-quality, well-qualified leads for follow-up.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and changes in the market in order to adapt lead generation strategies.
Education & Experience :
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in lead generation in a B2B environment.
- Familiarity with CRM software and other lead management tools.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive decision-making.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box for lead generation strategies.
- Results-driven and able to meet or exceed targets.
