Manager - Inside Sales (3-8 yrs)
1) Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives, researching organizations and individuals to find new opportunities (RFPs/RFIs),finding and developing new markets and improving sales pipeline and revenue, monitor and evaluate industry trends and customer drivers and meet regularly with management and stakeholders to discuss strategy.
2) Identifying customer pain points and solving them with measurable solutions throughout the innovation process from ideation, product development to commercialization.
3) Standardize reporting - Activities logged by team and self, deals won and lost, leads generated/worked etc.
4) Suggestions and value adds to organize sales content team - Customer case studies, product demo decks, pricing and discount information, etc.
- Should be comfortable to work in UK / US Shift
