Manager - Inside Sales (3-5 yrs)
Job Responsibilities:
- Communicating with customers, making outbound calls to potential customer's and following up on leads
- Understanding customer's needs and identifying sales opportunities
- Answering potential customers' questions and sending additional information per email
- Keeping up with product and service information and updates
- Creating and maintaining a database of current and potential customers
- Explaining and demonstrating features of products and services
- Staying informed about competing products and services
- Upselling products and services
- Researching and qualifying new leads into opportunities
- Fix appointments and deliver LearnQoch product demos to Government, Trustees, Principals, HOD, Teachers, Students & Parents in B2B and B2G sales cycle
- Liaison with the marketing team to implement the marketing campaign
- Understand customer requirements and propose the right solution
- Prepare customer proposal and do require follow-up to get the Purchase Order
- Take ownership of customer expectations and do the right things to have 100% customer satisfaction
