Job Title : Sales Manager
What would you be doing?
- Responsible for sales of a product or portfolio at Great Learning
- Leading a team of sales professionals to achieve a given revenue target
- Strategize and implement a robust sales pipeline
- Continuously monitor and train team to improve performance and conversions
- Handle escalations and improve customer experience
- Developing and working on analytics-driven sales dashboard which will help keep track of the current performance and also help understand the future sales pipeline
- Analysing and sharing active feedback about the customer behavior, market demands and competition to the marketing team
- Give prompt reports on crucial issues and suggest solutions.
- Make propositions, give suggestions and designate sales target and job obligation to each team member.
- Plan and implement admission events and webinars
