Here we are hiring for Inside Sales Manager.
Job description :
- Regular review & tracking of team performance.
- Building team capability through regular training interventions.
- Drive sales team activation through regular engagement with the Sales Manager of the Bank.
- Proving pre and post-sales support.
Requirements:
Experience: Min. 2 Years in Sales and Marketing and 1+ experience in the insurance sector
CTC: Up to 2.60/3.50 LPA + Incentive + Performance Bonus + Others Benefits
