Manager - Inside Sales (1-10 yrs)
Job Description
This is an Inside Sales role for the customers in ANZ (Australia and New Zealand) region. Standard timings are 6AM to 3PM and the position is based out of Mumbai.
Looking for Sales Executives/Managers with 1-10years experience
Candidates should be having strong selling and inter personal skills
Its an Inside sales opportunity and not the direct sales
Candidate will have to do the cold callings and generating the leads with and convert them into business revenue
Roles and Responsibilities include but not limited to:
2. Intensely following up with the prospects and closing the sales within the sales cycle
3. Diligently communicating and priming the lead through channels like email, whatsapp, SMS, calls
4. Achieving the weekly targets in a high pressure performance driven competitive environment
5. Monitoring self-performance at all times while also contributing to the team performance, keeping track of factors like conversion factor, Average revenue generated per lead, Average revenue per sale, etc
Additional Information
- Excellent communication skills are required for this position.
- An Ideal candidate would have prior experience in an International Market in sales or BPO process or similar. Open to other experiences as well.
