Job Description :
- Manage the sales team to generate revenue on daily basis,
- Should meet the assigned daily and weekly sales targets,
- Responsible for retention of team members,
- Come up with new ideas, help the team towards productivity , etc.,
- Be an excellent leader as well as individual contributor.
Desired Candidate Profile :
- Excellent English communication skills (verbal & written)
- Sales pitch, people handling skills and managing skills
- Knowledge or experience in working on any CRM application (not mandatory)
- Strong leadership and relationship building skills
