Sales Manager
Qualification : B Tech/M Tech- Electrical/Electronics
Age : Around 35-40 years
Experience : Min 4-5 years in a managerial position in sales and marketing of T&M Instruments
Preferred : Electronic Automation/Industrial Drives/Professional Electronic products.
- Asst Sales Managers with 6-8 years' experience in a similar role may also be considered, field sales experience required.
Responsibilities include :
- Administration & coordination of back office, branches, field sales engineers and dealers.
- Monitoring filed activities of sales engineers.
- Monitoring performance of sales engineers and their sales targets.
- Checking CRM reports
- Managing Sales Campaigns
- Customer data base management, etc.
- correspondence related to the above with customers and branches.
Skill's : Should have :
- Strong leadership and people skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills,
- Excellent Team player
- Analytical and problem approach.
- Attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and set priorities.
- Strong problem-solving skills
