- Execute on business plans in order to maximise business volume and profitability
- Gain and maintain a solid business relationship with assigned third parties (Vendors, agencies, customers) to generate more business through a disciplined contact strategy
- Maintain strong working relationships with internal resources based on the principles of total account management
- Provide feedback and address business issues affecting the performance of the relationship/portfolio with relevant personnel
- Communicate new products and business trends collected on the field
- Demonstrate full use of technology in delivering a professional, efficient and timely service to internal and external customers.
