Manager - Indirect Sales - Bank (2-6 yrs)
The Indirect Sales Manager plays a crucial role in promoting and selling life insurance products to bank customers within assigned bank branches.
Responsibility:
- Promote and sell life insurance products to bank customers through the Banca channel.
- Visit bank branches to identify potential customers and engage with them to understand their financial needs.
- Provide information about various insurance products offered by the company, highlighting their features, benefits, and suitability to the customer's requirements.
- Effectively communicate the value proposition of insurance products and address any inquiries or concerns raised by customers.
- Analyze customer financial profiles to recommend appropriate insurance policies that align with their goals and risk tolerance.
- Collaborate with bank staff to coordinate sales efforts and leverage existing customer relationships for lead generation.
- Meet or exceed sales targets set by the company, demonstrating proficiency in sales techniques and product knowledge.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.
Qualifications and Skills :
- Bachelor's degree Is mandatory.
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the insurance or financial services industry.
- Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills to effectively close sales and overcome objections.
- Familiarity with the banking industry and understanding of financial products and services.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
