Manager - Inbound Sales - SaaS Firm (1-5 yrs)
Roles and Responsibilities :
1. Do market research within a target market segment, get contact details and make outbound calls to set up product demos
2. Connect with prospects on LinkedIn, Facebook and Twitter to set up product demos
3. Contact the inbound leads. Set up a demo of the platform.
4. Give an excellent demo for the client and make the client sign-up for the free version Onboard the client
5. Act as the single point of contact with the client to help them use the platform.
6. Convert the free clients into paying clients.
Desired Candidate Profile :
1. Very good with English and a regional language communication
2. Ability to strike a good rapport with clients over the phone
3. Build and maintain client relationships
4. Be extremely customer oriented
5. Be able to give compelling platform demos to clients (we will train you on this)
6. Experience in Enterprise SaaS sales, Hotel sales Fintech sales home loans, loans, credit cards, insurance, stock broking services, investment services etc. would be an added advantage
