The challenge :
The primary role of an Inbound Sales Manager is to drive & generate revenue for his/her designated region/product line. Inbound Sales Manager will work independently to drive revenue on inbound phone calls and chats. While customer acquisition & revenue generation being the primary KRA's for this role, this role would also involve relationship management with key customers, strategic planning for region/territory or accounts, developing & executing growth strategies for existing/new accounts.
What you'll do :
- Inbound Sales Manager is accountable to drive & generate revenue for business unit working on inbound sales inquiries on phone calls and chat.
- Manage & maintain SLAs like AHT, login hours, attendance, daily call target, etc
- Achieve Weekly, Monthly & Quarterly targets for conversion rate and revenue.
- Generate incremental revenue from the existing client by selling additional products and services
- Manages existing customer relationship & provides appropriate support. Provide excellent customer experience, which is the key to get repeat business
- Prepare and present tailored presentations/proposals to clients based on their objectives.
- Develop strong, strategic relationships with customers to identify and leverage on the customers' business goals, growth strategies and profit drivers to deliver the appropriate Adobe value proposition/sales solution strategy.
Product Knowledge :
Should be well versed with :
- IT solution/products that he/she will be responsible to position or sell.
- Proactively take time out periodically to update/appraise on the new IT Solutions offering.
- Maintain up-to-date- knowledge of the competitive positioning of assigned solutions in the marketplace.
- Manages pipeline
- Ensuring daily/weekly updates of pipeline & provide forecast to the sales leadership team on an ongoing basis.
- Participate in weekly/bi-weekly forecast review meetings with all the stakeholders to review the progress towards revenue and growth goals.
What you need to succeed :
- An ideal candidate should be PASSIONATE about inside sales as a profession & a believer in the ideology that inside sales is the present & future of sales.
- Should have experience between 2-6 years of Sales/Inside sales/Telesales/ Account management role/up-selling in customer service.
- Should have good oratory & presentation skills.
- Should have typing speed of 35+ WPM.
- Should be multi-tasker and comfortable switching between phone and chat to address customer queries.
- The candidate should be tech savvy & familiar with some of the basic IT industry concepts.
- Should have proven track record of selling to customer's end to end.
- Should possess sound understanding of the sales cycle / Inside Sales model and consultative selling approach.
- A professional who is self-motivated to constantly interact with customers on the phone & address complex problems and connects with multiple internal teams
- A strategic thinker with exceptional communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Highly motivated and collaborative team player.
- Should be willing work in all geos.
Shift Timings : 5 AM-2 PM
