Job Responsibility :
- You would be working as a Manager Home Loan for Nebula esteemed clients
- You would proactively reach out to potential clients and explain the entire process of home loan while setting correct expectations.
- You need to be in constant touch of the clients by proactively communicating with them throughout the process of home loan.
- You would closely work with our real estate sales team.
- You shall be responsible for getting the home loans approved and disbursed for all the Nebula Clients.
- End to end TAT monitoring
- Provide ongoing training of process to staff, sales team and agents.
- Maintain MIS pertaining to the loan approvals, disbursements, etc.
Team supervising
- Achieve disbursement target for Loan.
- Build & consolidate the existing Team of Home Loans Executives.
- Put Systems in Place & ensure desired quality of Portfolio
