Hiring for Holiday Sales Manager
Location: Nariman Point, Mumbai
CTC: 8 - 9 Lac PA
Experience Required: 6 - 10 Years
Weekends Off
Responsibilities and Duties
- Responsible to grow the business by creating a region wise strategy for Sales Experience, Customer Acquisition, retention & Customer Loyalty.
- Responsible to drive & achieve targets across territory and ensure the same is achieved through the Franchisee Managers & Area Sales Managers.
- Ensure that the set weekly / monthly / Quarterly / yearly targets for the region are achieved.
- Monitor the Franchisee performance through regular visits and guide & support them to improve their performance from time to time
- Identifying new business prospects & achieve personal target.
- Continuous up gradation of selling skills of sales personnel.
- Do sales promotional activities within region with Franchisee & the Individual for Brand Awareness & Business growth.
- Handle escalations & provide timely solutions.
- Responsible for making analysis & projection plans based on Monthly MIS reports and tracking the sales trends & presenting it to the BU Head.
- Responsible to conduct a monthly review on target Achievement & strategize an action plan accordingly.
- Track the current market developments and competition activities & make plans accordingly.
- Build and maintain healthy relations with Franchisees, Travel agents, Customers and Suppliers
Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications
- Candidates from Travel Industry with Holiday Sales Experience is required.
- Strong Experience on Outbound & Inbound Destination, minimum of 6-10 Years
- Should have a Team Handling Experience
- Excellent negotiation & communication skills
