Manager - HNI & Luxury Sales - Real Estate (5-10 yrs)

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Sales Manager - HNI and Luxury Sales

The role involves day-to-day tasks related to high net-worth individual (HNI) and luxury sales, including prospecting, networking, and closing deals to drive sales growth and meet targets.

Key Responsibilities:

- Sales Leadership: Lead and manage the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets in the luxury real estate market.

- Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with high-net-worth clients, addressing their needs and concerns promptly.

- Market Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to identify new sales opportunities and trends in the luxury real estate sector.

- Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to attract and retain clients.

- Presentations & Negotiations: Conduct property presentations, negotiate terms, and close deals with clients.

- Travel: Travel to various locations for client meetings, property showings, and industry events (40% travel required).

- Reporting: Prepare and present regular sales reports and forecasts to senior management.

- Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns that support sales efforts.

- Training & Development: Mentor and train junior sales staff to enhance their skills and performance.

Qualifications:

- Strong sales experience in the luxury real estate sector

- Proven track record of working with HNI clients

- Excellent negotiation and networking skills

- Ability to manage a high-pressure sales environment

- Knowledge of the real estate market trends and customer preferences

- Effective communication and presentation skills

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field

- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite
