Manager/Head - Sales - IT (6-13 yrs)
Job Responsibilities:
- Fleet Management system/ Telematics hardware/ Vehicle tracking system sales to B2B & B2C.
- Candidate should have at least 5+ years of sales experience
- Should have team management experience for minimum of 2 years.
- Actively own and manage the team & sales process: lead generation, pitches, negotiations and closing
- Past work should include selling IT services/ products
- Well versed in selling technology & digital services
- Ability to handle inside sales team of more than 10 people
- Competent enough to independently handle prospects and showcase corporate presentations.
- Ability to convincingly answer queries related to services/sales/technology
- One who is paranoid about meeting monthly/ quarterly numbers
- Diligent in follow-ups for closures
- Greater co-ordination skills with technical staff and other internal colleagues to meet customer needs.
- Attend industry functions, such as association events and conferences, and provide feedback and information on market and creative trends.
- Identify opportunities for campaigns, services, and distribution channels that will lead to an increase in sales.
- Using knowledge of the market and competitors, identify and develop the company's unique selling propositions and differentiators.
- Forecast sales targets and ensure they are met by the team.
- Focus on short and medium short term goals, getting them done by team
- Ensure all team members represent the company in the best light.
- Research and develop a thorough understanding of the company's people and capabilities.
- Understand the company's goal and purpose so that will continual to enhance the company's performance.
Skills Required :
- Should be able to handle all the sales activities starting from Lead generation, submission of proposal, follow ups and closure through team.
- Excellent Presentation skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Hindi
- Must be willing to learn new technology and adapt quickly.
- Ability to connect with people across teams & levels.
- Prior experience of Telecommunication sales/ IT sales/ Mobile technologies or IoT sales.
- Experience working with PAN India market will be an added advantage.
