Job Description :
- The incumbent is expected to achieve set sales and revenue objectives and drive overall productivity and efficiencies.
- This role will play an integral part in generating new sales that will turn into long-lasting relationships
Purpose of Role :
- Focus on innovation and new techniques to penetrate the market
- Profit optimization to meet the budget
- Retention of existing accounts
- Maximize profitability through focus on Cash Flow Management and timely payment collections as per agreement
- Ensure conversion of leads through various channels
- Compliance and adherence to operating procedures defined in MICE Sales operations
- Adherence to operational procedures and compliance requirements as defined by company Purpose of Role
- Achieve budgeted sales and revenue targets
- Developing and sustaining solid relationships with key customers
- Build pipeline of new customers and maintain Key account relationships to build repeat businesses
- Deliver IBFW Hospitality best in class services to clients
- Align customer requirements to our delivery systems and handover meetings with Operations
- Build brand value by demonstrating professional practices
- Ensure client collections are as per the agreed terms and conditions, cash flow management
- People Managers to periodically review the performance of the sales team
