Job Description:

Previous background with agriculture domain companies

Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives.

- Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets.

- Identify new business opportunities and drive growth in existing accounts.

- Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and excellent service.

- Analyze sales data and trends to develop insights and make informed decisions.

- Collaborate with marketing, product development, and other teams to align sales strategies with overall business objectives.

- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to team members.

- Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market developments.

- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

- Represent the company at industry events and conferences as required.

Ideal Candidate

- You have at least 10 years experience within a B2B Sales / Account Executive or Sales Operations / Sales Support role, ideally within the Agribusiness / Agritech, Commodity Trading and FMCG industry.

- You possess excellent interpersonal as well as written and verbal communication skills.

- You are adaptable and thrive in changing environments

- You enjoy finding creative solutions to problems

- You are a strong networker & relationship builder
