Manager/Head - Distribution - Mutual Funds (12-14 yrs)
A Fintech Company which demystifies complex financing processes by providing easy & smooth access to finance through a wide variety of lending solutions.
Location : Mumbai
Reporting : Head - Products
Responsibilities :
- The person will be responsible for setting up the entire network of IFAs and Sub brokers pan India across the various operational cities.
- Negotiating with the IFAs and Sub Brokers the payout structures in accordance with the Product Manager
- Set up a team of Channel Managers in the regions / locations to manage the IFAs and Sub brokers in their territory.
- Run RNR programs in coordination with the Product Manager to push the AUM with the Sub brokers and IFAs
- Bring in his existing connects and distribution and start from the word 'Go'.
Candidate Profile :
- 12-14 Yrs of Experience in the distribution of Mutual Funds
- Candidates from Mutual Fund distribution background will be preferred
