Manager/Head - Digital Marketing (8-10 yrs)
JD for Digital Marketing Head :
- Development and management of the digital marketing strategy & ensuring meeting digital marketing KPIs
- Management, monitoring and measurement of all digital marketing campaigns and prepare reports for leadership review
- The candidate must have work experience in campaign execution using Google AdWords & LinkedIn, FB paid campaigns
- The candidate must have experience in working with any of the marketing automation platforms such as Pardot, Eloqua, Hubspot, Webengage, Moengage etc.
- Management of team for search engine optimization, design, website enhancements etc.
- Good knowledge of SEO Tools such as Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Screaming Frog, SEMrush, Majestic, or Ahrefs.
- Manage and supervise organic social media posts, content calendar, social leads and social media monitoring including competitors social media monitoring
- Track and analyze website traffic using GA, prepare web analytics reports & custom dashboards
- The candidate must have experience in landing A/B testing using Optimize / Hotjar etc.
- The candidate must have worked on remarketing platforms such as AdRoll and Quora Ads
- Proven experience across all aspects of digital marketing including organic, paid, social, website, email, search and advertising
- Fluency in SEO core elements including: on-page and off-page tactics, site-navigation optimization, internal linking and URL structure, metadata, headers, dynamic and static page templates, XML sitemaps, canonical tags, structured data tags, etc.
- Performing site-specific keyword research and competitive analysis.
- Ability to create presentable and self-explanatory reports for clients
- Recommend changes to website architecture based on the new Google Page Experience Update
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product, Content, Development and Design.
- Audit and perform a backlink analysis to maintain a diverse and healthy link profile.
- Experience with managing relationships with external websites and successfully acquiring backlinks.
- Strong understanding of web markup, including HTML, CSS, and Schema;
- Work with the technical team to fix information architecture and usability issues.
- Monitoring site rank performance and developing SEO enhancement strategies
- Design and co-ordinate social media campaigns, advertising and all kind of PR visibility, digital, online and social media across the globe for all platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Linkedin, Snapchat, Quora.
- Conduct general market research to keep abreast of trends and competitors marketing movements.
- Provide short- and long-term market forecasts and reports by directing market research collection, analysis, and interpretation of market data. Manage Social Media marketing campaigns & promotions and day-to-day activities
- Develop a strategy and implement a proactive process for capturing customer online reviews, identify threats and opportunities in user generated content surrounding the business.
- Must have an analytical mind and should be able to monitor, track and evaluate web analytics metrics to improve strategy. In fact, measurement and result evaluation must be an integral part of your approach.
Skills :
- Prior experience in an agency, or having hands on knowledge of SEO (both search and display) in managing an eCommerce platform or business directories or a website with more than 1000 pages
- Demonstrable social networking experience and social analytic tools knowledge.
- Knowledge of online marketing and good understanding of major marketing channels.
- Proven track record of developing innovative and highly effective digital marketing strategies.
- Proficient in marketing research and statistical analysis.
- Well-versed in the use of social media as a marketing tool.
- Able to develop budgets.
- Familiar with financial planning and strategy.
- Exemplary verbal and written communications skills with the passion for learning.
- Ability to combine creativity with strategic thinking and effective project management.
- Proven ability to meet deadlines and successfully manage multiple projects simultaneously.
