About Business line :

We focus on providing brokerage and financial services to other businesses, including trading firms, and fintech companies. This segment is crucial for expanding the firm's market reach, leveraging its technology and infrastructure, and creating additional revenue streams through strategic partnerships.

Role Overview :

This role is responsible for managing and growing the firm's business-to-business operations, including client acquisition, service delivery, product management, and strategic development. This role is essential for expanding the firm's market presence, driving revenue growth, and ensuring high levels of client satisfaction in the B2B segment.

Responsibilities :

- Responsible for building and managing partnerships with affiliates, online influencers, and other similar associations.

- Responsible for business parameters including customer acquisition and Wealth product sales through B2B channels.

- Responsible for smooth affiliate on-boarding from lead generation, activation and training.

- Coordination with different Department to ensure smooth transition of work.

- Daily/Monthly reviews meet with the team and management for quality check purposes.

- Identifying training needs across B2B channels.

- Providing support and query resolution for affiliates.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Industry Knowledge : Strong understanding of the financial markets, trading processes, and brokerage services.

- Client Management : Excellent skills in managing client relationships, understanding their needs, and delivering tailored solutions.

- Sales and Negotiation : Proven ability to acquire new clients, negotiate contracts, and close deals effectively.

- Product Knowledge : In-depth knowledge of the firm's B2B products and services, including trading platforms, APIs, and white-label solutions.

- Analytical Skills : Strong analytical skills for monitoring performance, identifying trends, and making data-driven decisions.

- Communication Skills : Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interacting with clients and internal teams.

- Project Management : Ability to manage multiple projects and client accounts simultaneously, ensuring timely and successful delivery.

- Compliance Awareness : Knowledge of regulatory requirements and a focus on ensuring compliance in all B2B activities.

- Education Qualification : MBA from a good institute

- Experience Required : Min 5-7 years of experience in broking industry.
