Manager - Growth Marketing - Food & Beverages Startup (2-6 yrs)

- They reinnovated their favorite snack by reducing the fat and calorie content and inducing diverse flavors. Starting from a tiny kitchen and a QSR joint the startup now has its retail outlets in Bengaluru, Hyderabad, and Pune. They have business tie-ups with MNCs like PVR, CCD, and INOX and have secured a place in the frozen food section with a top e-commerce site.
- The founders are a wife-husband duo with backgrounds in sales & marketing and biotechnology. They have put their heart and soul in the company and have turned it into a multimillion brand.
- As a Growth Manager Marketing, you will take the lead with our growth marketing strategies. You will also be responsible for managing the promotion and positioning of the brand or the products and services of the company.
What you will d o:
- Attracting more customers to buy from the company and to raise brand awareness through the creation of marketing campaigns..
- Tracking and analyzing the performance of advertising campaigns, managing the marketing budget and ensuring that all marketing material is in line with our brand identity.
- Managing all online activity in relation to traffic acquisition, sales, conversion and reporting for different online sales/ aggregators/ Ecommerce Portals.
- Developing and implementing ecommerce strategy in order to improve sales performance
- Arranging Online promotions in SWIGGY, ZOMATO, AMAZON etc.
- Meeting with KAM regularly to access the promotions and plans
- Analysing the promotional and marketing activities and guiding sales and operational teams.
- Managing Overall Accountability of P&L for the portfolio of different Service Providers.
- Handling Order Management and Inflow of sales.
- Ensuring Customer Retention and Grievance Addressed.
- Alliance Management - Building Strong Relationships with the Designated Brand
- Performing market analysis and research on competition
- Working with cross functional team to establish growth strategies
- Assisting in marketing and advertising promotional activities (e.g. social media, direct mail and web)
- Preparing promotional presentations
- Helping organize marketing events
- Analyzing data to monitor revenue performance and uncover areas for improvement.
Candidate Profile :
What you need to have :
- MBA preferred
- Strong desire to learn along with professional drive
- Solid understanding of different marketing techniques
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office
- Passion for the marketing industry and its best practices.
- Strong growth track record, with samples and results of past campaigns.
- Outstanding written, oral and organizational ability.
- Knowledge of digital marketing channels such as PPC, Social Media Display and affiliate marketing channels is a plus
- At least 2+ years experience in relevant industry (Online channel sales)
