Role - Growth Marketing Manager

You'll be a part of the Growth Marketing team of the organization. The Growth Marketing team is responsible for driving customer acquisition, engagement, and retention across various channels - Performance marketing, push notifications, in-app messaging, social media channels, email & SMS.

Responsibilities

- Designing, executing and analysing impact of user communications via channels including push notifications, in-app messaging, social media channels, email & SMS.

- Execute strategies to drive product engagement and user retention.

- Own user retention metrics, and revival of dormant users through data driven interventions.

- Strategize, design, plan, and implement growth experiments, from generating ideas to analysis of experiment results.

- Analyze customer lifecycle data to identify opportunities for optimization and improvements.

- Build & execute performance marketing plans.

- Analyze and build customer segments for better targeting across channels.

- Monitor, optimize, and report on marketing and growth metrics results. Make recommendations based on analytics and test findings.

- Develop frameworks, models, tools, and processes to ensure that analytical insights can be incorporated into all key decision making.

- Effectively present and communicate analysis to drive business decisions.

Requirements

- Proven track record of increasing user acquisition, engagement, and retention and meeting/exceeding company objectives.

- 3-5 years of relevant experience in a product company or at a similar fintech start-up.

- Experience with analytics and event tracking tools.

- Experience with marketing automation and user retention tools.

- Previous experience with CleverTap is a plus.

- Experience with paid acquisitions is a plus.
