- # Key Responsibilities:
1. -Strategy Development:-
- Develop and implement comprehensive growth marketing strategies aligned with company objectives.
- Identify new growth opportunities and channels to drive user acquisition and retention.
2. -Campaign Management:-
- Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns on digital and CRM channels.
- Oversee the creation and management of marketing content and assets.
3. -Data Analysis and Optimization:-
- Utilize data analytics tools to track and measure campaign performance.
- Conduct A/B testing and other experiments to optimize marketing efforts and improve conversion rates.
- Analyze customer data to identify trends and insights for targeted marketing strategies.
4. -Collaboration:-
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product, sales, and customer experience, to ensure alignment and support for growth initiatives.
5. -Budget Management:-
- Manage the growth marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximize ROI.
- Track and report on budget performance, making adjustments as necessary.
6. -Performance Marketing:-
- Manage performance marketing campaigns and budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximize ROI.
- Track and report on performance campaigns and strategies.
- Qualifications:
- Degree from a tier 1 institute, preferably IIT/IIM/BITS/ISB.
- In-depth experience with engagement/automation tools such as Clevertap, Moengage, Webengage, etc.
- 8+ years of performance/growth marketing experience.
- Startup experience is highly valued but not necessary.
- Ability to work cross-functionally both as a lead and a contributor.
- Ability to articulate marketing's impact on the top and bottom line of the business.
- Ability to collaborate across teams - Data, Product, Engineering, and Business.
- Highly data-driven but capable of making confident decisions in ambiguous situations.
- End-to-end ownership to deliver projects.
