- We are looking for a Growth Marketing Manager for the client based in Bangalore to own and execute key initiatives focused on client acquisition and business growth for our client. Duties And Responsibilities :
- Develop, implement, and own B2B overall Digital marketing strategy that serves the entire client journey across different personas, industries, and geographies.
- Responsible to increase brand awareness and drive revenue through client acquisition at scale.
- Oversee and drive a thriving omni-channel demand generation marketing strategy- including all aspects of digital marketing, website and social media.
- Work closely with the sales team to assist them in meeting or exceeding their sales goals by providing them with creative tools, materials, and presentations and nurture campaigns.
- Manage social media presence and direct programs to improve social media identity and recognition.
- Establish and maintain relationships with industry influencers, senior leadership and key strategic partners.
- Employ cutting edge digital marketing techniques to attract the attention of target audiences, drive action, and understand and manage brand reputation.
- Partner closely with product teams, sales, and other marketing functions to define and lead growth initiatives that drive acquisition, retention, expansion, and referrals.
- Understand our target audience and personas, design experiments, develop campaign strategies, and drive execution of campaigns.
- Create and manage a B2B marketing editorial calendar that aligns with demand generation, and sales goals.
- Manage the budget and analytics all campaigns to identify things that are working and scale them.
- Implement an experiment design framework aimed at identifying and testing potential new growth channels.
Required Skills And Experience :
- 2+ years experience in growth marketing and digital marketing. History of building and executing growth strategies at B2B companies.
- Digital marketing expertise, with demonstrated success creating and executing multichannel digital programs at scale.
- Experienced in digital marketing disciplines, from SEM/SEO, display and social to mobile and beyond, with a track record of proven results.
Results-oriented and data-driven, with the Experience working cross-functionally with creatives, product teams, sales and other marketing functions.
- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, both at the executive level and with peers and cross-functional teams. Can clearly articulate ideas, frame problems and offer solutions.
- Strong knowledge of demand generation strategies and methodologies for testing.
- Strong analytical, problem solving, and critical thinking skills with impeccable attention to details.
- Leadership of high-impact content marketing efforts
- Hands-on experience crafting growth experiments
